THIS WARRANTY REPLACES ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTY, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
To obtain warranty service, you must contact the original place of purchase and provide proof of purchase along with your warranty claim.
Zymfit may choose to repair or replace any defective product frame or parts with new or serviceable used parts that function equivalently to the original parts. Any frames or parts exchanged or replaced under this warranty will become the property of Zymfit. Zymfit reserves the right to change manufacturers of any parts to fulfill existing warranties. Defective parts must be returned to Zymfit for warranty service. You are responsible for prepaying any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties, or any other associated charges for transporting the parts or product. Additionally, you are responsible for the safe shipment or return of the parts or product and assume the risk of loss during transportation.
